Who would want to visit a shop that has gone into liquidation - I am one of the creditors who has been stung for 100 being the deposit on a sofa not purchased and the chances of my money back are zilch!!! Ugh!!!

We bought our existing sofa's from Harvey's and came back with some high hopes. They seem to have switched focus (or maybe the market has in fairness to them and they have jsut followed) and there were fewer fabric sofas to choose from and very few recliners. One member of staff just said hello, which was perfect for this visit, but at the same time showed a lack of interest in us. I guess it's hard to get the balance right. Not that impressed with their selection this time around.

Lovely friendly staff, willing you to browse without being pestered! Beautiful furniture and not too expensive. Most budgets catered for, with payment plans if requested. Delivery staff polite, clean and very efficient.

I expected a run of the mill visit to a furniture outlet, I've been to other branches but this was an unusually pleasant experience. The layout is fairly standard but the staff were more knowledgeable than previously experienced. They knew all the ins and outs of their stock and answered all my questions without needing to run off and get paperwork. I had an unusual situation in that this was an insurance replacement, also taken out through Harvey's. This insurance works! And is 100% value for money. A very pleasant experience and if you need new sofas then you'ld be daft not to visit!

Informative staff member helped us, despite saying up front it wasn't in our area, and they had a good range of modern and old fashioned furniture. Perhaps not top end modern but middle class modern.
