Had been experiencing migraines for a few years 2-3 a week, I suspected it was linked to shoulder and neck tension as these symptoms were present during the migraines, was recommended Sarah by a friend who’s also be treated for a similar issue. Sarah is clearly highly skilled, very professional, friendly and very easy to work with. The difference was notable from the first session. After 3 sessions I was no longer getting migraines. This was such a fundamental improvement in my daily life. To be free of these is such an amazing feeling. I’ve been equipped with information and exercises that will now help me maintain better posture and stay migraine free. Worth every single penny. Thank you Sarah.

Couldn’t recommend Sarah more. Really quick response time, managed to get an appointment within a few days of calling and couldn’t believe the improvement made after one initial session. I have been struggling to find a solution or cause for an ongoing leg injury, Sarah identified the possible cause and after testing, treatment and suggested stretches, the difference I have experienced I didn’t think was possible! So pleased with the ongoing improving results.

I live in Bexhill, but was unable to get an appointment with a my regular physio there, so I contacted Sarah when I had a traumatic shoulder injury. I was really impressed with her advice and treatment from the outset. When she didn’t get the early progress she hoped for, she soon advised me to see an orthopaedic surgeon which led me to get prompt surgery to fix the problem. Since then I have had ongoing shoulder problems, but despite the distance, have chosen to continue to travel to Eastbourne for treatment with Sarah as I have total confidence in her. If you are in the Bexhill, Eastbourne area and looking for a caring, knowledgeable, professional physio, then I can’t recommend Sarah highly enough.
