We had a hell of an 11 month journey trying to buy our first home... until we met Steve, Matt and the team at HSH. I couldn't fault them one bit, they were everything the other local firms (I won't mention names) weren't. Honest, professional and most importantly down to earth. I'm hoping we won't be moving anytime soon but we will be straight onto Home Sweet Home if/when we do. I would also happily recommend them to any friends and family buying or selling a home. They never get things fixed in properties they let and let out damp flats too. I would not use again. However, they get 2 stars as they did at least attempted good communication throughout my tenancy, apologised when they got it wrong, but they never managed to get anything fixed, i.e. damp issues for over 9 months, this could have been the landlord, but they did next to nothing to change it either. I guess the scrapping of tenant fees has made letting agents rethink how they treat people.....
It took a long time for my property to sell, but once I moved from a very well known large Estate Agents chain to Home Sweet Home the viewings soon picked up. Steve Davies was extremely helpful and encouraging. All the staff were highly professional and my properyy has now been sold. I highly recommend them Anna C
