The staff are welcoming. The clinicians are really kind and want to do everything in their power to help you. The waiting area is always clean and comfortable and in the corner is a hot drinks machine that makes an incredible mochachino for 1 - actually all the hot drinks are just 1 but I was completely delighted by the mochachino :-) I have always had a good experience when coming here despite the circumstances that have brought me here.
