My son was born with a very flat head so we took him to see Janie when he was 9months. She has been absolutely brilliant with him. He doesn't like to be still and she completely adapted to this. We even did one session in the garden as he enjoyed looking at the plants. The difference it has made to the shape of his head has been amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Janie Reynolds’ cranial osteopathy is effective, calming, and very professional. Janie clearly has extensive knowledge in her field, making you as the patient feel completely at ease with discussing your difficulties with her. Janie takes the time to research your condition and is always well-prepared. Half the time you hardly know she is working on you as the touch is light and pleasantly soporific, and the other half of the time (in my experience), she is providing a much needed stretch or release of tension. I have felt a definite improvement in my symptoms, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Janie.
I went to see Janie at the Meads clinic she was very professional & knowledgeable and performed the Epley manoeuvre to successfully treat my vertigo. She also treated my elbow pain and a trapped nerve in my neck that was causing me pins and needles in my hand. Excellent treatment with wonderful results. Would thoroughly recommend.
A friendly establishment with easy parking. My appointments with Janie have all been booked in speedily. Janie is treating my main problems on the left side of my neck/head which is a challenging process and will never be completely fixed but she is relieving the symptoms and has discovered my right side is also in need of treatment. She uses acupuncture as well as hands on and is very caring and gentle. I would highly recommend Janie and you too would then learn more about how to help yourself.
Janie treated our son, she was wonderful with him. He was so relaxed when with her and seemed to enjoy the treatment. Since our sessions with Janie our son has been much more content and happy. Janie was honest about the amount of treatments we would need and how she could help, highly recommended!
