Irina is very nice and professional. I felt like the most important Bride-to-be. Not only was the service fast, but a great price. I was quoted beforehand and I wasn't disappointed. The shop is spacious enough and a beautiful mirror to see the results. Irina had shorter notice to complete my alteration than I had originally said but still \fit me in\. I highly recommend the Just Sew Room.

Went here a while ago as I needed curtains taken up. When I got home and put them up again I realised they were (vastly) different lengths. I went back to the shop and explained this to the lady. Wow, I wish I had never gone back to the shop at all and got them fixed somewhere else. The lady began shouting at me that it was my fault and that she was too busy for this and had charged too little in the first place. She kept shouting over the top of me and actually brought me to tears. She snatched the curtains off me, insisting on fixing them and refused to give them back. I had no choice but to leave the shop and come back again. I wouldn’t use this shop again unfortunately due to the awful treatment and customer service I received.

What a brilliant place took a carpet in that I wanted the fringes cut off. The lady done an absolutely brilliant job on it. The price was really good as well. The service provided was fantastic completed on time to a really high standard. Thoroughly recommend this place excellent service at very good price. Wonderful.
