Despite not the best reviews I thought I'll give them a chance and try for myself... Never again. Even though I told them 2 times and asked reception to make a note not to change my performance Pipercross air filter (which is washable, not changeable and all mechanics with basic knowledge should know that) plus top of the air filter box had a sticker explaining what filter it is anyway. The air filter has been changed to standard paper one and my performance filter landed in the bin without them telling me anything. Luckily I have checked that myself and was able to recover my performance air filter. After getting home I checked underneath and noticed that engine undertray is missing. Went back and I've been told that one screw was seized and front of the tray was fitted on cable ties, so my undertray landed in the bin too, without them saying anything of course. So two stars, not one only because I hope these were the only two parts of my car they thrown away. Plus my hopes that they at least used quality fully synthetic engine oil. Good luck to everyone who takes their car there. I forgot to mention. Their service shown that I need to replace my front break pads and discs asap, rear pads being close to the limit and rear tyre tread below the limit. Obviously they were happy to book me in straight away to do it all for me in their garage. I've seen enough to agree to that and walked away, Following week I've taken the car to other mechanic and guess what? Breaks, both front and rear are perfectly fine with plenty of life left in them. Same with the tyres. If you like giving money away... no, don't give it to Kwik fit... better treat someone you like or just give it to charity :) Avoid this place!

Had my car in for an MOT recently and it failed it. They clearly described to me what was wrong and they also gave me a good price “ kwikly “ for the repair required. MOT passed now. Very pleased with service provided *****

The guys a Kwik Fit make having a car super easy and efficient. I booked on line, which was straightforward, there were a selection of 'add ons' I could choose from, which was great. Upon arrival, there was social distancing in place - brilliant - I was dealt with after a short wait (this was only due to social distancing rules). The service engineer, was friendly, polite and professional. I left my keys and departed. I highly recommend these guys, they aren't my closet garage for service and MOT but the one I choose every time.
