Nails looked messy. We were booked in for 10.30 and the first one of us was not started until 10.45. The next was seated at 11am and I didn't even bother to get mine started because I looked at the finish of the nails and it was awful and it was 11.15. Lumps and paint on the surrounding skin. The staff were still taking bookings for people to come in when they had not even started our treatments. Staff talked to each other constantly and did not interact with their customers. Would not recommend at all.
