I very sorry to see Laura Ashly close. The sale is not that great. Staff are very nice and helpful. It's just lost it, since it was taken over many years ago. I feel sorry for staff.

My mother-in-law had an unpleasant experience previously in your store, made to feel unwelcome and a nuisance. However, today she was served by Teresa, in the homewares department, who was an absolute delight. Her manner and customer service was such a contrast to her last visit! Thank you Teresa for your help and support!
Shame to be ignored in such a nice shop and assistant could't communicate. If I hadn't needed the item would have gone elsewhere.
