My husband and I received an extraordinarily good service at this branch of Magnet. We were looked after by Carmel, who I highly recommend asking for if you visit the store, and she went above and beyond at every step of the process to ensure we were provided with a superb service. I am currently very heavily pregnant and Carmel even drove all the way to London to drop our hob off because it couldn't be accommodated in the main delivery. Truly exceptional service and I couldn't recommend Carmel highly enough.
