Use the Food Hall mainly, it's pricey and they are often a bit 'off' with their adventurous food offerings. But hey, better than not trying anything at all. Young staff a bit rude and self centered.

Lots of early Christmas shopping discounts in store. Worth a quick lunchtime sprint into town. Crackers are gorgeous and all themes catered for.
I think I’m being generous by giving this store a 2 . The service is mediocre at best. It might be worth retraining some of the staff in this store in customer service protocol especially considering what’s happening in the economic climate at the moment. Will be taking my hard earned money somewhere else.

Love M&S! Best food ever!!! Especially their Indian Best Ever Tikka Masala, better than a takaway! Ooh and their Dian sauce! Just wish I had an M&S round the corner from where I live but it is worth the 30 min drive!

I do shopping for covid 19 vulnerable clients, a particular client in Eastbourne loves M&S food so I go there weekly for her. In the past 2 weeks most products have been moved about instore which has made it very hard to find the exact products she wants as she knows the product based on location, these products have been in the same location since she last did her own shopping in March, why do you have to move them now? No other supermarket has done this (yet)
