We got a great service here, Darren certainly knows his beds and mattresses. Bed arrived today, it was done in a Covid19 safe manner.

Problem with a mattress TWICE 1st time it was replaced, the 2nd time however is a different ball game, they apparently contacted the manufacturer, who was going to send someone to inspect the mattress, but never happened as they used covid as an excuse, even though you could travel for work purposes, the sales of goods act states that any grievance you have,should be dealt with by the company who you purchased the item from, and then you should contact the manufacturer if you are not getting anywhere, so now I have left if for TRADING STANDARDS to deal with

At Mr Beds you’re getting a first class service. They are very experienced in their field. Great customer service, and speedy deliveries. Beds and mattresses are also extremely comfy. Don’t go anywhere else
Excellent product knowledge and great service. Bought an ottoman bed for considerably less than the bigger bed sheds. Free delivery and the delivery guys remained friendly and cheerful, despite having to carry it all up to the fourth storey. Highly recommended.
