Lisa Curd was the most lovely , helpful and professional salesperson. I came into the store a while ago when I first looked at our new flat and have been in a few times to look at furniture. Lisa has been there to help,without being pushy, displaying patience, advice and emailing me with updates. When we completed I had no hesitation in going back to Multiyork. This is how a shopping experience should be, advice when needed and space to choose items in peace.....excellent service.

Excellent, staff who stay with you and give you time to think without being distracted is refreshing. Their product knowledge is also good concerning the construction and materials used in the furniture. The record keeping of previous purchases is excellent, despite my purchases having been made before the transfer to a computer. All round good experience and the furniture lasts and has been trouble free.
Sadly our most recent experience could not have been worse. Having purchased a new sofa from Multiyork some months ago we ordered fabric to reupholster other pieces in the same room. This was in mid June. We expected delivery in July week starting 24th. A little no time to wait for a piece of fabric but we decided to accept that. Nothing happened. I chased the order twice and on the second occasion the salesman was extremely apologetic, admitted total fault and said the best he could do would be to arrange for the fabric to be delivered sometime in September. He also, if we accepted that, offered compensation for the error and inconvenience. I explained the extent to which we were really very upset about the situation. My husband and I agreed to consider accepting the offer subject to that compensation. John, the salesman, spoke to his manager but the manager refused to say what compensation would be paid before us agreeing to continue with the order. As John had totally accepted they were at fault we found this bizarre. We were supposed to trust a suitable amount of compensation would be paid without them being prepared to say how much. It was entirely unacceptable that 1 it should take 3 months to deliver a length of fabric and 2 that we should have to agree to a 'deal' without knowing the terms. We cancelled the order. Clearly a 1000 order for fabric just doesn't matter to Multiyork. That probably is a small order to them, but if they are not going to give acceptable service on small orders they should not accept them. We will not return.
Warm friendly welcome to the store. Lots of help given by staff when considering options but absolutely no pressure to buy.
Very friendly and professional service. Lisa was an absolute star. Helpful but not at all pushy, and couldn't do more to help.
Great experience in this store. Great customer service.
