Also Known as AJM healthcare. I suggest if you have any problems with this company write to the local CCG so they are not awarded this contract ever again and the CCG has the POWER to deal with them. Just Google for your local CCG's address thats the only way this situation can be dealt with. Personally I think this is probably one of the worst services I have seen in the NHS they take advantage of there vulnerable clients and delay things The London branch are responsible for this review. It seems like a big con that they come and The staff are polite and do there job I guess.but they assess you and may make you wait many many months to delver your wheelchair. They don't seem to care and make excuses not to give you the wheel chair and offer you no alternative. I don't think the company as a whole cares that peoples life are in there hands and we cant move around while we are waiting for your poor quality service. I guess your staff have no option but to work for you they are good people. But shame on you as a company you are giving the NHS a bad name and should not be paid for the poor service I have seen you provide in the Name of the NHS. Shame on you I hope someone can deal with you.
