Despite covid times staff don't seem have an efficiency in what they're doing or system they're implementing. They have a nice branch but it's a very slow service.

I hope the employee walking the queues today gets recognition for his knowledge, attentiveness and hard work. I believe his name was Justin. He saved a few of the customers time by giving information on alternative ways to complete the request. The queue was right around the corner and he printed a form for me and brought it out quickly; thus saving me from disappointment and a long wait.
I would just like to say a big thankyou to all the ladies working in the branch today.... Especially Kiera (sorry if wrong spelling) .. the rudeness and absolute ignorance shown to you by a couple today. You are only going by the guidelines you have been set . Keep up the good work

Just been to the NatWest bank in Terminus Road, queues out the door. The machines were not working, yet again ! Had to queue for 20 minutes to pay in 1 cheque. 2 cashiers, one of which was clearly a trainee, didn't have a clue the other Keira was very efficient and doing her cheerful best to keep the queues to a minimum. What ever happened to customer service, clearly NatWest don't give a damn !!
