Serves good coffee on the whole, specifically they use good quality coffee beans, but milk frothing for latte can vary. I’ve been a customer since the shop first opened in Eastbourne and it used to be amazing with a great customer service. It used to be a real gem, but now some staff can be blunt and rude and the overall service has gone down. With the same level (or better) of new coffee shops keep opening nearby, I don’t think the shop is competitive enough to attract regular customers anymore.

I love this place! If you enjoy a healthy brekky, or brunch this is your new go to! Staff are lovely. And the food is really good! Highly recommended
Very popular cafe and usually very busy. Click and collect a welcome option. A bit pricey on account of the hipster vibe.
Very disappointed with nelson's, I had a lovely meal here last week. So decided to take my mother for a meal. I am exempt and one of the staff made me feel really uncomfortable. Made the other member of staff serve me and was blunt and rude. Then the same meal I had the week before was missing an item. Which the same member of staff then tried to say wasn't part of the meal. When we did get it it tasted off. The poached eggs were hard boiled. The fritter was burnt and dry. It's quite pricey which i was happy to pay for good food and service but this was a horrible experience!
Made it just in time to order brunch (stops at 15:00). Fabulous coffee and really good food. Highly recommended the fish tacos. A great collection of flavours and spice.
