I have been renting via Northwood for just over 2 years now. The staff there have always been friendly and easy to deal with. Any questions I have had have always been answered promptly and effectively. I would highly recommend them as an agent. :)
My experience since employing Northwood as my letting agents has been mainly very positive. On a few occasions I have had to notify them of small errors made on statements etc.,, and have always had an immediate response to correct matters. I have found David Green and other members of the Northwood team to be very polite, willing to assist and professional, which, as a landlord, gives me a good sense of security should anything go wrong with my tenant.
