Things went well from the start ! The initial phone enquiry was met with courtesy and an agent visited the same day. By the end of the next day details had been taken, photos too and my home was advertised. I had tenants sign up within 1 week ! Communication from Alex and Casey was excellent and any concerns I had were dealt with quickly and conveniently. I'm a newbie landlord who will be abroad longterm, so a managed contract was appropriate. Oakfield have recently agreed to assist me with the management of a house I own in Eastbourne.
