I had a massage here yesterday and it was fantastic. I was unsure when I first saw that it was a gym and doesn’t look like places I’ve been to before, but I’m so glad that I didn’t judge the book by its cover. I had a brilliant massage by a lovely man. I usually like to stay quiet during a treatment but there was something about Brian that made me feel so at ease and comfortable, that I found myself chatting to him and really enjoyed the change. Honestly can’t recommend him enough and will definitely go back when I’m in the area. If you live in Eastbourne and you haven’t been, then you’re missing out. It’s a hidden gem

If you are looking for a luxury spa day you might want to keep searching as calling this a spa is a bit of a stretch. There wasn't room for a boxing ring and fighters but that is what I expected to see after walking in. The spa is a treatment room at the back of an intercity gym. Having said that the therapist knows how to give a very good massage, certainly more so than those 80 pound beauticians that you often find at hotel spas who don't have the energy to breathe nevermind give an hour massage.

Absolutely fantastic service! Me and my nan came to Eastbourne for the week and wanted to book a massage. Initially, they were fully booked but they made arrangements to fit us in Friday afternoon which was so kind of them. Yolanda was wonderful, really kind and easy to talk to and so was the rest of the staff there. It was my nan's first time having a massage so she was nervous but she came out with a beaming smile, I was so happy she enjoyed it. We both felt very relaxed and Yolanda really worked out some tight muscles that I had in my back and shoulders. I've had a wonderful time and will be coming back again when I come on holiday to Eastbourne next year!!
Fantastic massage! I was bought a voucher for a massage at Origins for Christmas and used it last week. I was nervous when I turned up but was soon made to feel very welcome. The massage was excellent and I felt really relaxed. I would highly recommend them and look forward to going back soon. Thank you :)
Best deep tissue massage around. Yolanda is great and Brian is super friendly.
Yolanda and Brian are so welcoming and accommodating. I had a wonderful full body massage with Yolanda, and I cannot recommend Origins high enough.
