Used a chemical on our dashboard that stained it. When asking to fix they refused and said it was already there. Would never use this company again as they are Rude and very unprofessional

Just watch out for any lose change in your car going missing!! After using this carwash regularly I was very upset yesterday after finding some change (4) I had put in the car tht morning had disappeared once leaving here! Only had the outside washed, so who ever moved my car to the wash bay and back is a thief! Its not the amount Im upset about but the principal tht they are thieving from honest paying customers.
Was my 6th time that I am going on that car wash due to close distance from my place. I was working in a car wash and I know how is to wash a car very good. That was my last visit on them, they were busy and unfortunately I left my car and go for shopping in the shopping centre. When I came back to collect it my car was washed \as they said\. They did so, sloppy job, all the interior leathers were dirty \apparently they used the same cloth over and over\ and polishing spray all over the dashboard, making the dashboard to look terrible. Also, the windows were dirty and from them you can see if they did a good job. Therefore, I complained to the manager guy and he said, next time I will have 5 quid discount. However, I did not have time to stay and ask to wash all over the car again and I left. NEVER BACK AGAIN. WASTE OF MONEY
