Ordered at 6.30. Phoned at 8 pm. Apparently just on its way. Phoned at 8.30 to cancel as not delivered. Had same experience earlier in the year. Decided to give them another chance. Won’t give them another.....UPDATE 16th Jan finally got a refund after contacting Head office. Got a great Pizza last night. Went to Sainsbury’s for a thin crust Margarita which was lovely ...much less hassle and a lot cheaper.
Food is excellent and extremely good value. Much better than Dominos. Highly recommend

2 hours for a pizza and two sides, delivered cold. App said it had been delivered 40 minutes before so I called and the phone was answered with \ello\, so had to confirm I had called the right place. Didn't even get to giving the address and was told the system is wrong its on the way. Food undercooked and cold. I've ordered from many local takeaways for pizza and this is the absolute worst.
