I use Park Carpets, but never again. One of their drivers couldn't be bothered to wait in traffic yesterday, so decided to speed down the wrong side of the road and across a pedestrian crossing just as I was crossing and I just managed to avoid getting hit. When I phoned the shop to tell them, the lady on the phone said, 'oh, I'll let him know. Bye then.' NOT good advertising.
I was going to use Park Carpets to recarpet my entire house and was waiting outside the shop (I'm a mobility scooter user) ready to go in, when the staff began to unroll a carpet and cut it in front of me. One of the staff told me I'd have to wait or go round the van on to the main road and rolled his eyes and shook his head as if it was ME that was being awkward. Rude and pig ignorant lot. I wouldn't deal with them if the carpets were free.
