I worked there for some time, left some time too - I could not watch what management is doing with staff -lots of agency as no support from management and people left... after many years working there.... As place for you / relative... Think about it! And always look on CQC report!
I have worked her for over 2 years. I have enjoyed every minute of it, the staff are a great team to work with and show such care to the residents that I would happily have any of my family members stay here.
