As above. Please don't use this crook. It was all fine and dandy till we paid the deposit. Then he disappeared and wouldn't answer any form of communication. It was then we found the real reviews of this crook as he was using positive feedback from a previous company he was involved in. He is not fit to run a business with responsibility for the wellbeing of our pets. I took him to small claims court with no results as he doesn't seem to care about nothing but money. So please avoid this crook and find a reputable company even if it's more cash as piece of mind is priceless.

Please do Not use this company. They make promises they cannot keep. They lie and make all excuses as to why they have not collected your pet for relocation. Took a month to get a refund after they let us down three times. Keith Andre Hill, Christopher Hawkins. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY THAT IS DISSOLVED ANYWAY. They are just two blokes in a air conditioned van. If you love your pets and animals, please use as a more reputable company. You will find negative reviews in a similar vain across the Internet. I should have paid more attention to that.
WARNING ............ PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY My dog went missing for almost 40 hours with these people. They wouldn't answer their phone or reply to messages and when they finally did we were given little to no information and are pretty certain what we were told was lies. If I had googled before booking I would have found reviews from previous unhappy people. They should be shut down and have their vans taken off them.
Do not EVER use this company - I was promised full refund of 645 in June following a failed rehoming from Turkey due to the fact the foster carer refused to let the dog travel. I AM STILL WAITING for my refund and have been told lie after lie. I am about to take Keith Hill to the small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
