Have shopped here for a long time including since the first lockdown in March 2020. Staff have always been friendly, helpful and polite and have always gone that little bit further to help. Until today. The store now has a shop alone policy which wasn't in place when we last visited about two weeks ago. Met at the door by an extremely confrontational women. When we said we were together but hadn't been aware of their new policy and asked if we could enter today but would be aware in future we were told absolutely not. So I left and stood outside in the freezing cold. The store was almost empty. Lockdown is difficult for everyone. Had her attitude, approach and conversation been more pleasant I would have given 5 stars for keeping people safe. Not a good example of customer relations

Good place to buy pet food in bulk and to get the odd pet (hamster etc). If you look around then you can find prices cheaper. Sadly its often hard to find staff to help, then when you do they really don't have a clue.

Can only say good things about this place. Everyone is so helpful and even if they don't actually know something, they still try and find an answer with a colleague. When starting to setup an aquarium, there are many things to consider and to implement in advance to actually buying the fish and take it home. Besides my lack of knowledge on this mater, the staff helped me out to understand how to make the most out of this new pet adventure. Also their assistance over the phone is amazing and they are always ready to help. Really happy I do recommend this pet shop.

I absolutely love coming to this store for food for my animals. The staff is amazing and very sweet. The quality of the products is perfect and I couldn't ask for better.I would 100% recommend coming here for your pets supplies.

Helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere. Slightly low stock on a lot of items but staff were helpful finding replacement items.
