This is without doubt my favourite plumbers merchant. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they seem to stock absolutely everything! They always have a solution to plumbing problems that other merchants can't fix. Also they don't sell rubbish, everything is good quality. They are also super friendly to DIYers, you don't need to speak plumbing lingo to be treated with respect. I have dozens of suppliers for my business and Plumbers Mate has to be my favourite.

Spoke to Dawn earlier today about a failing older model flush valve. After ascertaining the problem Dawn was able to supply a replacement part from stock that has been installed and is operating as it should. Very helpful & useful service all round - thank you.

Just had excellent service from plumber's mate. Even during the lockdown they were able to supply me with the parts to stop a leak under the kitchen sink. Once again plumber's mate has come to the rescue, why go anywhere else.
