Really gutted to be told my mac book was obsolete and unrepairable as you can imagine. After ringing around other mac engineers I was told it is not unrepairable or obsolete. Your customer service needs improving badly.

For an IT company, they are poor. It says they sell refurbished monitors, but when I called, they said the website is obsolete, and that the IT team can't seem to change/update it...... Not the best start!
