I just wanna thank all the staff there for doing the greatest job in this pandemic and especially to my doctor. Dr Rabuszko for ALWAYS being kind and understanding. Great job guys

Since joining the surgery a few years ago, I’ve always found the GPs to be helpful, understanding and professional. During the pandemic, they have remained responsive and pleasant despite the pressures they must be under. There are a number of ways to make contact, which helps save time that might otherwise be wasted on an unnecessary appointment. Reception staff are usually pleasant. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that secretarial support/follow up seems to be very slow, although I’m not sure if this is due to staffing issues during the pandemic. However, it does mean that repeat prescriptions, referrals etc can take a long time when they ask the secretary to do this, rather than completed directly by a GP.

Moved my disabled son here from sovereign Harbour surgery ..he was lucky enough to be taken on my dr rubusko who has gone the extra mile looking after my son .the reception staff are helpful and polite the medical secretaries have been great ..the nurses who have had a lot of involvement lately have been so kind ...many thanks
