AVOID THIS COMPANY‼️ Had serious damp and mould problems in my rental property which have still been unresolved and I gave up trying to contact this company for help. They do not return your calls or emails, I did not receive an apology for my damaged possessions, and they did not empathise with my situation as I have been forced to live in an uninhabitable flat and continue to pay to live like this, totally unprofessional behaviour. Robert in particular who was dealing with these issues was extremely unreliable and unhelpful and showed a clear lack of interest in fixing these problems for me. I had to constantly chase him up to get updates as he was not forthcoming with information which left me in the dark for over a month. I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt as he sounded new and inexperienced over the phone but it turns out he is one of the directors which just says it all about this company. It’s only when I complained to the council as a last resort who informed Property Rentals they were going to enforce the maintenance/repair work to be carried out, that I started hearing from them but by then it was too late as I have been forced to seek somewhere else to live. They also told the council that they had agreed for the work to be carried out which was complete lies as I had not heard from them in weeks and were clearly just trying to get the council off their backs. Would not recommend Property Rentals to any tenant or landlord as I would not have faith in this company to resolve life threatening/ more serious issues.
