Exercise is very important for everyone regardless of age. Whatever class you choose to attend and whatever your problem is, the instructors Rob and Rochelle are there to assist you if necessary. A very happy and relaxed atmosphere. Just come along and enjoy a pleasant way of keeping fit.

I have been attending sessions for about 4 years, following an acute attack of atrial fibrillation and admission to hospital. The sessions have been of enormous benefit to me. They have helped to keep me active by providing a plan for regular exercise, to control weight and, most importantly, to encourage motivation at all times. I am thankful to Rob, our instructor, whose personal input makes the sessions fun and ensures that activity is tailored to the needs and medical background of each of us. Thank you Rob!
