I like the store and always find whatever I look for but mostly one version of the item. there is not other colour, shape etc option. and I m afraid something is so expensive than it should.

A handy little shop for kitchenware, electrical items and other useful things. Staff were knowledgeable and the prices were decent. I’m impressed.
Today I visited your store and was served by Daniel, a less knowledgeable member of staff I have yet to meet. I purchased a Tefal steam generator iron and asked for the Karcher window cleaner as offered in your Black Friday flyer, also displayed in your shop front. I was in fact sold an inferior model which was 5 more expensive, although I was offered one for 20 more with a few accessories. I had advised that I wanted the one you were advertised and that’s was I was told I was given at the time of purchase. When I left I checked the window and the one on display was not the same. So I took it back and explained I’d been over charged, Daniel then went to the window took the price display and explained that this was not the one I had purchased. I asked if I could have the one on display, “CERTAINLY NOT! “ that’s for our display. So I got my money back and I left feeling very much talked down to and angry. I’m not accustomed to leaving bad reviews but in this instance I feel I have no choice. I have worked for years in sales and customer service and if any of my staff acted this way I would upskill them immediately
This store sells everything however it's not the cheapest of shops. The things they sell are usually good quality though. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable great store. Store is always tidy.
A marvellous shops that stocks a wide variety of hardware goods. With wide aisles this is an easy access store. With helpful staff who are happy to check stock on anything that might appear out of stock on the shop floor. Found tucked away behind shades a handy little town centre shop.
Would give zero stars if I could. Rude and offensive staff on the till today. Horrible shouty woman. Won't be back
