Horrific. Worst cut i have ever had. Gone was my beautiful bob which i had spent 5 years growing. Was left with a flat, volumeless helmet. My hair was shoulder length. The stylist took 5 inches off to just below the ear. Had to ask to see the back of my hair which was also a mess. Ended up going to Bandeau who corrected the mess and now i have a pixie cut which i hate. Never, never again.

Rachel....shocking haircut! So I confide to her I have super fine hair and she gives me the flatest dullest straightest haircut in my life! I need volume, subtle layers and clever feathering...I'm horrified! She blow dried it with zero volume then proceeded to straighten it so flat to my head. I was lost for words and got out of there as quickly as I could.
