Nice friendly servive, but did have to get attention of staff who were busy chatting to each other! Also bit uneasy as in these circumstances feel staff should be wearing masks! Other shops are wearing masks!

Nice flowing store with a variety of choices.. Bit pricey on items but it was good to be welcomed.. Only store in Eastbourne I visited to actually greet customers which was different but nice.. Very friendly and helpful
Excellent service, extremely helpful assistant. Purchased two pairs of flip-flops for my grandchildren and ordered two pairs of shoes for pick up at schuh on Thursday. Service with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible. Sales assistant gave me the wrong shoe size on purchased on Saturday. Had to return them for their mistake. They didn’t have my actual size (funny that). Tried to find another sandal pushed by them. So opted to get a refund...then .. they wanted all my details to refund the shoes they sold me in the wrong size. What a cheek. Won’t shop there again
