ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I just happened to find this place online by chance and I am SO glad I did, it was everything we hoped it would be and more. This condo is beautiful, with breathtaking views every morning and every night from our bed, the dining table, eating breakfast or dinner and even from the living room couch as well. And we had plenty of room for family to come and spend the night as well, while we were visiting from America. This two bedroom two bath included all the amenities, everything you needed to enjoy your stay, like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, a nice size refrigerator/freezer, cups plates cookware ect... And not only does this place have a gated entrance and exit you also get your very own XL garage to park in as well, enough room for two cars easily. And one of our favorite things about this place was being able to walk alongside the beach sidewalk all the way to the Sovereign Harbour, where there were many excellent restaurants to choose from, again with beautiful views of the harbor. We got some of the most amazing photographs at our condo and at the harbor. There is also a shopping center (retail park) that included an Asda, Boots, Next and more, within about a 2 minute drive or maybe a 10 minute walk. We also enjoyed being so close to Eastbourne and all of the convenient shopping at the Arendale mall and visiting the Eastbourne Pier, beach and enjoying all of the pubs, restaurants and shopping in that area as well. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Sovereign Harbour area, look no further, this place has it all and I know that you will love it as much as we did.
