Very unprofessional, please stay away! I had the misfortune of dealing with this company over the last 18 months and it's been a catalogue of disasters. Delayed installation dates, a saga of the installers threatening to take them to court for non payment and dragging me as the end user into their disagreement. The installation was poor and resulted in me having to run a satellite cable 40m across the house. Eventually it was resolved but I felt no benefit from the service over and above my very slow broadband line. When challenged there was no offer of help but basically I should put up with it. Unanswered emails, no answer on the phones a non existent accounts department just adding to the frustration. Part way through the agreement the direct debit was increased by 5 per month with no notification or explanation. When I enquired about cancellation they told me I had to pay for the full 24 months contract plus 100 admin fee so I decided against it but they continued to send me an invoice for the full amount the admin fee and 300 for the Satellite Dish as I hadn't returned it (obviously it was still on my wall!) Unfortunately the saga continues and now solicitors are involved! Please please stay away!
