Having muddled along trying to work out my own IT issues before COVID gave me a greater need to be able to access files in different ways and places, I was fortunate enough to read a marketing email from Southern IT. I normally bin them straightaway but I was pleased that I took the time to read this one. I liked the sound of the company, checked out their reviews and then invited them along to my office to talk through my needs and what they could do for me. I instantly liked their professional and friendly manner and in particular how clear they are with their services. I always feel like nothing is too much trouble and their response time has been excellent - it is without doubt one of the best things to come out of 2020 and I genuinely never thought I would say that about an IT company, I really cannot recommend them highly enough and they deserve a very bright and successful future if my experience of them so far is anything to go by.

Update - Cuber Essential Workshop I live in the digital world and with that comes potential threats from anywhere in the world even if I am not the target. Yesterday the Cyber Essentials Workshop brought to my attention some very simple things I could be doing better. Well worth attending this, in fact if you have just ONE password for an online service YOU REALLY MUST ATTEND! Original Review Below When my laptop gave up working just 20 minutes before an event I knew I needed to get a more reliable laptop. I talked with Michael about what I wanted it to do and he gave a short list of laptops in my price range. When I collected it the team had run all the updates etc and I was ready to go straight away. Such a time saver thanks guys... No more slow tech days!
