why would you move a 97yo away from all family members ,and not tell anyone that she has gone. Apparently it is not important enough to deal with over the weekend

I’ve been referred to this place by my doctor and twice I’ve received no help. I’ve been trying to get help from them for over a year. They’re terrible at getting back when they said they will. ‘We’ll phone you next week’ try FIVE MONTHS! Being strung along for months for it to result to nothing does not help people’s mental health!
