Owl & Sewing Cat is a brilliant sewing shop with an amazing range of tempting fabrics and all sorts of useful haberdashery. All of the ladies who work there are incredibly friendly, helpful and patient whether helping to choose fabrics or offer help on techniques. The workshops are informative, useful and fun. All in all, it couldn't be better and I'm lucky to live close by. Go along and see for yourselves!!

Would like to see more colourful patterned jersey fabrics. Would also like more approachable staff.

Great business - not enough of these local family run firms about. 5 star

Lovely shop, plenty of choice. Lady who served me was so nice and friendly. Wish this was my local fabric shop.

The only negative about this shop is that it is small. Members of staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Loads of sewing machines but shame they live on tables, if they were shelved there would be more room for fabric.

Very helpful staff lots of materials to choose from and an extensive list of classes by the looks if it. There are other craft items there but I only wanted material so can't really comment on other items but a great shop I found by accident.
