The service is a bit inconsistent- sometimes the service is excellent , particularly from Tiff, Tish and Jack. Other times, the staff seems annoyed that they have to serve you or they seem unnecessarily passive - aggressive. The products are absolutely fab and are reasonably priced.
Well stocked and good prices. Their rewards card is worth having. Good Covid measures in place.
