I worked for Sussex Marketing LTD for almost 5 years. I worked my way up in the branch to the office manager and loved every minute! My boss was caring and friendly and approachable. I was paid well throughout my years because I was good at my job! If you can't cold call there is no commission to be made but if you are good at it, you will go far. They were a great employer, all the way up and I'm lucky to have had such a fantastic experience. What I loved most about this company is the fact that they are very fair- as I said, if you go in and do your job every day- you will go far!

I worked at Sussex Marketing for the best part of 4 years. It was my first taste of a sales job and now I am doing the same thing in New Zealand. Sussex Marketing taught me all the skills necessary to get to where I am now. I left over 2 years ago and recently went back to the UK and they helped me get back on my feet whilst being at home. They welcomed me back with open arms and it felt good to be back. Friendly management, a great place to learn, it’s like a little family. It was sad to leave the office a second time but I make sure I visit every time I am back. Would recommend this place of work to anyone.
Really friendly staff very welcoming
I moved to Eastbourne in 2002 and Sussex marketing was my first job in this town , I worked for this company for around 3 years , I had never done sales And with confidence and feeling i done very well , I then decided to try banking in London but found that wasn’t for me & after 2 years I left , Sussex marketing had me back in a flash and up untill having my little boy in 2016 Sussex marketing was my only job . My experience with this company gave me confidence in myself and I found it a great pleasure in going to work , it’s a very friendly environment and I met some great friends along the way . Sales are not for everyone , but Sussex marketing gives everyone a fair chance and they will help you to Achieve the best with great training . I’ve met some very confident people with great personalities , and they simply can’t speak to people on the phone and can’t do the the job . It’s a sale based job and you have the potential to make good money . My little boy isint 2 yet but when he’s big enough Sussex marketing have assured me I can go back at anytime
Worst company to work for don’t care at all about staff, and treat people like battery chickens also there thoughts are you can work hard and try but still be booted out the door
