This place has always looked closed but a local person told us it was open we made our way to it from the seafront and was pleasantly surprised this is a very big pub with two bars and a piano there was quite a few people in the bar but there was loads of space between tables bar staff very pleasent normally there are events on during the week with karaoke and cheap prices on drinks I will pop in again on my next trip to Eastbourne

Fantastic Victorian decor but a bit past its best. No real ale on offer but a very nice pint of Stella. A pub for locals.
