Lovely reception team, competent staff. Best surgery I have ever been with. Staff do not rush you, the receptionists have manners, the nurse is good and my Gp is great and responsive. Doctors involve you in your care and medications are always sent to my pharmacy on time. The surgery is quite accessible and has ground floor access. They have good social distancing space and good hygiene during this pandemic. It’s quiet and clean in there So if you need to go, definitely go in and try not to worry. Staff have PPE and distance from you. The nurse is good at taking blood, no messing around, in and out. Overall pleased with this Place

The service I always receive is always above reproach. On Monday 19th October in particular, from when I telephoned and spoke to a receptionist (Sarah) to DR Jones , Dr Cliff and the nurse, were all extremely helpful. I received confirmation from the Eastbourne DGH on Tuesday 20th to confirm my referral, I have not had the chest pains again since commencing taking the Omeprazole. Thanks to all again.

Placed a repeat Prescriptions as directed by receptionist through kamsons (11/3), traveled on bus to pick it up (16/3) to find Prescription not been returned from practice. Poor service lighthouse. If we have to change how we do things you could at least see you stick to the service you say you will provide such as a 3 day turn around on repeat Prescriptions. I will have to take public transport again when ever you decide to issue this medication.

Always late! Last time 45 minutes... when you get finally to see doctor... 30 seconds and that's it \iam sorry but we are very behind and need to do it quickly....\ eh... rude doctors... never again...
