We bought three heavy duty chains and a padlock online. The order arrived very promptly. The chains were too short (entirely my mistake) so I rang to see if I could swap them. They exchanged them immediately, and in fact rang me to say they were going to be despatched the same day. I received them within 24 hours. I couldn't fault the service, very helpful, punctual and professional. Highly recommended.
