My first ever visit to “the range” and it did not disappoint! This shop has a whole array of items for the house , garden and for your pets! I have 4 dogs of my own so the pet range was of particular interest to me. Lots of good quality KONG toys and good dried dog food. Christmas stock has started to arrive and the decorations brought a smile to my face . The prices are really great and I see no less quality here for half of the price than other stores: as the shop is quite large it was easy to social distance when needed and Covid precautions are being observed. Parking was excellent as was the service by friendly staff.
Lovely lovely Christmas items. Had to queue to get in but did not have to wait long. The festive section was busy but other parts of the store fairly empty. I did find a bladed plastic knife used by staff sitting on top of kitchen rolls unattended. Staff were much further away stocking up so this could have been dangerous if picked up by a child or someone with partial sighting didn't notice it.
Nice range of products but overall cleanliness and tidyness of the store very very poor and very mixed bunch of staff some are really nice but others really rude
this day was lovely & we had the pleasure of meeting these beautiful dogs ️
