My worst experience in Eastbourne: unprofessional, completely unreliable and poor business practices from management and staff. Low standards on provided services. Wish I have listened to the bad reputation this company has and avoid it like the plague. Edit: yes I was a customer and I still have a contract and all the documentation. No surprises on you pretending I was not a \customer\, you just made my points above. I'm entitled to my opinion regarding my experience with your group, one star is far too good.
