Made an order for over 2000 worth of windows, the very last one came out in wrong measurements, went out to see what we can do and heard loads of excuses as who's to blame but them. The window was for 150 which was ridiculous as the owner/manager lacked of any customer service, was only looking for someone else to blame than after already a week deleyed (which if I hadnt call would not even know) told me that we can only order new one at our cost and wait another 3 weeks!! Absolute joke not a company. Paul was rude abnoctious and patronising mentioned that have been in the business for 18years maybe time to retrained then for something not customer facing!!!
