Lovely place to grab a drink. Good prices. Nice mix of ages. Good atmosphere. With a Lovely beer garden. The landlady and bar staff are welcoming. Great all rounder pub. Ticks all the right boxes

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, I WAS IN THE PUB ONE DAY AND THIS HOMELESS COUPLE COME IN AND ASK FOR SOME HOT WATER FOR A FLASK THE RUDE STAFF MEMBER WAS VERY DISCRIMINATORY AND SAID NO LOVE WE ONLY SERVE PAYING CUSTOMERS EASTBOURNE HAS SOME COMMUNITY SPIRIT AND RESPECT FOR THE HOMELESS NO NOT THESE GUYS ID RATHER GO TO A BAR THAT I KNOW WOULD SERVE ANYBODY AND THATS HOW WE ALL SHOULD BE!!
