Vile young staff members with bad attitudes and rude to customers. I've just witnessed a lady being spoken to is a discusting manner! I feel a rethink on staffing is much needed.

Discounted book and stationery store stocking a decent range. The store is quite small and feels a bit cramped but there are some good deals to be had here.

They have a bunch of useful stuff if you're a student, a teacher, or someone who enjoys making artsy things. Also, they got a good collection of popular literature and their prices aren't bad. Actually, you can get some pretty cheap goods if you check their sale section.

Two Haynes books for twelve quid! Fantastic. Would have been best part of fifty at a very well known High Street book shop. So Thank you the works. Well known book shop get stuffed.

I was strolling in town, looking for some lovely Star Wars collectable books. I asked many townies where I could find some lovely Star Wars literature, and they all led me to believe that 'The Works' had a huge range of Star Wars goodies I could collect. As a 53 year old man I am, I suffer from eyesight problems. I sadly forgot to bring my Star Wars branded glasses to help me out. So therefore I went in looking for not only Star Wars products but also some assistance on findings these valuable items. Although when I entered I was not greeted by a employee but was left to shop on my own! So I struggled to find any kind of Star Wars reading material due to my lack of eyesight, furious at how I was treated I stormed out of the shop in a hurry! Although as I was leaving this establishment, a young working class male greeted me. He asked what I was looking and I told him 'For pete sake what took you so long'. I kindly told him I was looking for some Star Wars books, but to my surprise he had the cheek to turn around ask me what type of books does my son like! I exclaimed that I am a single man and I have no children and stormed right out of the shop in a great haste! I do not recommend this shop to any Star Wars fans alike as they treat you like you Star Trek (pardon the pun) fans. Good day!
