Far behind European standards. Friendly staff but online service and online customer service can not be worse. Nightmare.
Updated. Still great staff but the size of the bank limits the services available. I am not hugely happy with how their mortgage process is managed and would have looked elsewhere if I had the chance again.
I found the staff extremely attentive and honest,I was very pleased as even the bank manager helped me switch my accounts over from the halifax,which actually saved me alot of money. Nothing seemed to be an issue and they genuinely seemed to care.
