The staff at tyre city are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. They all go above and beyond and offer excellent service. Very knowledgeable about any queries you may have and I couldn't find fault with anything. Great guys!!!

15 minutes that leave a lifelong great impression! I got in quite close to closing time with a flat tire, and Steve and crew were very helpful, quickly taking a look and fixing the issue in minutes - could not have asked for better and more friendly service! Also loved that they were very Covid cautious, wearing masks and gloves when interacting with us, keeping safe distance, and did not need to enter the car (which was a big deal for paranoid us! :-) ). They stayed open after hours just to take care of us and that is super appreciated too! And to top it all, very reasonable too - all around goodness!

Called today for a tyre quote, spoke to Steve, wow very very helpful,and polite. Just Steve's telephone manner alone swung it for me to go ahead with the tyre purchase. Fantastic.

1st Choice 360 Mediaworks

We had to take my wifes' mobility car here when it had a puncture- the service was second to none, and in spite of the company being really busy with an audit, they bent over backwards to help, and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. Free hot drinks while we waited, clean waiting room with disabled access toilet, and a very clean workshop too. Mobility customers, make this company your first choice for tyres in the Eastbourne area! Please mention this review when you visit!
